I would like to see next seasons away kit to be yellow and blue as a sign of solidarity for Ukraine.

Plus that's a historical colour scheme as well so shouldn't be too controversial.

Unless it comes with some kind of x% of shirt sales donated to Ukrainian charities, I wonder how much solidarity it would provide.

Think I’m right in saying that next seasons kits would’ve been chosen at the start of this season. So, unfortunately it may well be a black away shirt.

To be fair if the yellow changed to orange and the blue changed to black then that would be a decent kit.

Most footballers did back in the day. The ITFC annuals i used to get at Christmas featured these sort of Q&A pages and the favourite musicians always seemed to be safe, middle of the road stuff like Genesis, Dire Straits, Chris Rea etc. I remember always hoping that Irvin Gernon or someone would extoll the virtues of Half Man Half Biscuit or Christian Death.

I remember listening to a radio programme where the Englad squad of 1990 were asked what their favourite bands were. They were all very middle of the road, apart from Stuart Pearce, who chose Carter USM as one of his selections

But he did achieve both of his professional ambitions - winning two major trophies with Ipswich, and not only playing in, but captaining England in a Wotld Cup finals!

That yellow away kit is so iconic that Norwich should be the ones never to wear yellow again, not us. Besides it’s a different yellow and looks totally different with blue.

It’d be a bit cheesy, but we could do a lot worse than re-introduce that kit and slap an appropriate charity logo on the front (foregoing sponsorship money of course). Not good business sense maybe, but in terms of corporate responsibility and our values it’d be spot on.

Bit different. A syrian kit could be seen as support for Assad.

It was a common colour combination for change kits during late 60s and through the 70s. Everton, Stoke, Southampton and Chelsea to name few.

Chelsea even went for a red/white/green change kit for a while just to be different from most other clubs.

Signs of solidarity are a nice gesture but not of much use really.

Unless all proceeds go to the relevant causes of course - that would be entirely another matter and well-worthy.

Someone suggested this the other day as a generic 'away' kit across the league which maybe isn't a terrible idea.

With any obvious clashes catered for naturally.
