Think if I was a L2/National League chairman I'd be taking a good long look at Kieron Dyer, considering how consistently he puts out U23 sides playing good football with a strong identity, good patterns of play and plenty of motivation.
That second goal in particular was just gorgeous. When I first watched it I thought there's no way the young lad who got the assist will have the vision to find his mate who'd made a hell of a run across behind him... but he did.

The turn and reverse pass from midfield is pretty good too!
Surely one or two of these boys should be progressing towards the first team picture next season? I know a few have had a little sniff, mainly in the Pizza Cup but some minutes from the bench in the league possibly?
