I think what impresses me most is how we so fluidly interchange between systems during games. McKenna has them so well coached and drilled, it's seamless. He can spot the small tweaks that need to be made and just by slightly adjusting a couple of player's positions, influence the game in our favour.
How good has Burgess looked since coming back in? Another player that McKenna seems to have improved markedly, particularly with the ball at his feet.
Getting Celina permanently would be massive. He's now really established himself as part of the spine of this team and become undroppable.
Morsy is an absolute cut above at this level. Seems really settled now and loved seeing him visibly drive standards on the pitch yesterday. A few occasions when he really got into Thompson, Donacien and Bakinson. |  |
