Are the club not replacing it like they said they would previously?
Ashton said here they placed a new order to be installed in the summer:
But at the fans forum he's said they've already started work on improving the system and the work will be completed by the end of April, which suggests they may just be doing work on the existing system rather than putting a new one in?
Unless they are doing some work now on the existing system and still installing a new one?

Yes its being replaced. He most likely means things are happening now preparing for the installation of the new PA system [Post edited 29 Mar 2022 22:03]

Just watching this part right now. Mark Ashton just said they're working on the SAR Stand right now, then doing the SBR, and the rest of the ground after that.
Then they have to "balance" the sound around the stadium. Should be finished by the end of the season. |  |

Im sure its not an easy job to get done by end of july, the PA sucks if it works and everyone can hear it does it matter how that happens, or whats has been done to make it work, as long as it is, we dont need to or wont know everything just delight in the needed improvements. | | | |

Yes that must have something to do with it because for some reason Omid Djalili came over loud and clear. I hope the club haven’t wasted thousands on a new system only to find out the Foz is the problem. |  | | |
