This is why all this talk of bespoke kits is a bit unlikely. The cost to produce one off designs for multi clubs must be prohibitive. |
and yet in the cycling world, kit makers do it all the time for small like literally the size of the first team to big volumes thousands, the biggest irony being Adidas make some of the worst cycling kit around,I guess they really must put all their R&D spend on the football then, so when it comes to the Olympics, the likes of Team GB get other cycling kit manufacturers, their normal supplier is Kalas at the moment, to make it and just put an Adidas logo on it to keep the Olympics sponsor happy.
I wouldnt be shocked at all if the same opportunities existed in the football world, infact it wouldnt surprise me in the least that our Adidas kit is out sourced in such a way anyway given its the template stuff and they seem to struggle with repeat volumes. |  | | |

*IF* the new manufacturer is going to be HOAX, then I'd wager that it won't be their usual supplier, but someone who can take on the volumes required and just stick a HOAX logo on the shirts. I dare say it's precisely how clubs who take kit manufacture 'in house' do things. | |

The tops we were buying for a young RKD from a Bangkok market for a fiver were faultless, absolutely perfect and I would defy anyone to spot they were fake. In fact we did wonder if they may have been real ones that the factory were selling to make a few extra quid. | |

I really doubt this is true but it would be amazing, if so, imo. They're a quintessentially Suffolk brand, and I'd feel a surge of pride whenever I saw it. Completely unique and meaningful to us.

Outsourcing the replica operation wouldn’t be that big of a problem, well it would but the supply chain is out there. But to design, tech and qc a professional sports teams kit can’t be done without significant professional skills. People train for years to do this you can’t draw it in MS paint and send it to the factory. OP is just having a laugh |
