Lees has had an underwhelming start, Pope looks beautiful, but has an average of 28 and is batting at 3 (!), Bairstow simply isn't a test batsman, and I don't really know what Crawley is.
Comment on the Guardian this morning re: the 'Boycott' score for England - if you wanted to get the 'real' score for a team, add 2 to their wicket column.

Been a really good day if Test cricket today, yes some really crap batting too but that won’t change overnight. Broad’s mini-spell this morning, Stokes escaping a shot due to a no ball and then virtually all of the last season were really enjoyable.
