You’re slightly missing the point. It’s expected from a pro monarchy rightie like me who is disgusted by the Rwanda policy To cheer on Charlie. But it’s quite amusing to see lefties in social media who have spent the past two weeks moaning about the Queen then doing the same. Similar to those who have shouted for years “abolish the House of Lords” doing a complete u turn when they vote down Tory legislation.
So just something I found amusing is all. No great philosophical debate. Nothing to get you knickers in a twist.

He was way ahead of his time in flagging up concern over the environment in the 1960s, long before most people were aware of it or it became fashionable, & has been passionately campaigning to protect it ever since - totally genuine.
Courageous in sticking to his guns on the issue, despite being attacked, ignored or laughed at for it, which is a real shame. If only people had listened earlier ... | |
