Anyone else watching The Staircase Murder? 16:25 - Jun 27 with 1685 viewshype313

Quite a gripping series on netflix, one of those one's where you think a huge miscarriage of justice has occurred, but there's this nagging doubt he clearly did it.

Very good watch.

Sorry, I meant the mini series with Colin Firth https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11324406/

Although I just googled it and there is a film - which I haven't actually seen. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0901693/

I've only watched the Sky Atlantic series but the aggressive owl theory does seem to explain the head wounds - although I would agree that it is really hard to believe that series of events happened.

Need to watch the Netflix doc next to better inform myself.

The owl theory is nonsensical, even if the wounds look like they could have been cause by an owls talons, there would have been owl feathers everywhere both inside and outside the house as KP would have been desperately trying to grab the owl and pull it off her head, not to mention from the owls wings flapping furiously. The two microscopic owl feathers are easily explained by the fact there were plenty of owls in the area where they lived. If they had examined other people's clothes and hair who lived in the area they would most likely have found microscopic owl feathers on them also.
