Quite long but worth reading. Especially worrying are the ones around right to protest but it's generally nasty across the board.

requirement that the Minister introducing a Bill to Parliament should make a
statement as to whether the Bill was compatible with human rights (what is now

"Fewer than...," surely?

2% isn't a countable object in the same way that the number 2 is (I think), so it is right to be less than 2% (but it would be fewer than 2). |  | | |
