All a bit concerning I have to say.
My little lawn has shrunk and has crevices in it that go down several inches it's so dry. |
The weird thing is my own little garden is flourishing, but we've left it alone completely for the bees this year, so its now full of madly overgrown with aggressive bushes.
Who knew a Passion Fruit plant could out-muscle Ivy for instance? Or that a bird sh1tting a pip from a blackberry would create a now-enormous thing which takes up half the garden?! Fascinating to watch the competition.

Although I am completely on board for leaving a section where possible to help out wildlife.
I'm not sure this qualifies and falls more into the mismanaged and left to its own devices camp.
Even the bees probably get lost amongst all that!
Trim that up you lazy sod. Just be sure to have a good check first that nothing of note is nesting. You might even find Livingstone still roaming about. |  |

Give them a good sanding and a repaint.
Tablecloth for the centrepiece and you'll have something a bit more civilised.
