I used to sit in there with my dad with all the rich farmers and accountants - it has a homely & small (stop sniggering) atmosphere. When the game starts its like you pop out of a cafeteria right onto the pitch, so maybe they want to keep that. Or maybe I just read it wrong.

I knew from work that they'd purchased the land a couple years ago behind the small stand - or at least secured it, I'm not quite sure on the specifics. That led us to think that expansion was upcoming - it seems safe standing is too. Looks like their American investment is going ahead but with Delia and husband still owning the club at least in the medium-term.

Delia has no desire to sell. The American is only buying shares from another party who wants out. The actual % held by the American is small. Delia holds the keys and will do for a long time.

Was only recently i found out they played at a place called the nest before moving to CR. and from the pics how nobody died i'll never know. looked a terrible stadium
This is fantastic news. Just as they replace their very good manager with a very bad one, get relegated with a bad, overpaid squad, and don’t look by any means certainties to go up again, they consider putting themselves into debt to expand a stadium which is perfectly adequate for their needs. The tables are turning for sure.
