As well as the ignoring the racism that surrounded Rashford and Saka, as Keno rightly points out, it's just a really poorly constructed joke. Players step up to take penalties individually, not in pairs, so in what way did he see a couple of tits when they took them? And there was a third "tit" in Jadon Sancho, of course - where is he in the joke? It just doesn't work.
