Horniman near HMS Belfast is ok, and there’s several boozers less than 5 minutes up the round by Monument.
For anyone a bit posh, The Alexander Hay Bar at Hays Galleria (right by HMS Belfast) is quite quiet and does an all you can drink brunch for £30. | | | |

I'm getting an early train but I'm not good enough at drinking anymore for train beers. I'll be going for a nice bit of brunch & a coffee near Borough Market. We'll then be heading to a nearby pub (possibly the Old Kings Head) at midday for a couple of hours, bit of atmosphere, throw 4 pints down us before jumping on the train to Charlton at about 2. |  |
