Over 19,000 tickets sold for tonight on 12:54 - Sep 26 with 3196 views | Swansea_Blue | That's ridiculous for a Mickey Mouse Cup game. Not even a 'big' PL club either.

Over 19,000 tickets sold for tonight on 13:02 - Sep 26 with 3152 views | DeepBlueSea | Really? Looking at the club website it seems like about 2/3 of the seats are unsold. That’s great news. Anything over 20k for a midweek league cup is fantastic, not long ago it could easily have been half that.

| We have no village green, or a shop.
It's very, very quiet.
I can walk to the pub. |

True, though they are well supported and it's actually not that far to travel.

Over 19,000 tickets sold for tonight on 13:10 - Sep 26 with 3096 views | hadleighboyblue | That's a good crowd for what will virtually be a reserve team match . Such a shame that clubs don't respect the cup and field their proper 1st teams for fans to watch , it used to be just the top teams that did it , but now everyone does it .
Over 19,000 tickets sold for tonight on 13:12 - Sep 26 with 3081 views | _clive_baker_ | Anything around 20,000 would be great. I'm looking forward to it, knocking off early for a couple of pints pre match too. Nice to go into a game with zero nerves (if you can call them that), just looking forward to enjoying it for what it is, watch Town under the lights and a few of the faces we don't see so often out there playing. Having said that I'm of course keen for a win, it's not every day you get to the last 16 of a cup and who knows what a future draw might bring. Stab at the line up: Slicker Ball Edmundson Baggott Williams Evans Humprehys Jackson Harness Hutchinson Ladapo Depending on Jackson's fitness. Maybe Aluko if he's not ready yet. I can see the logic behind Morsy starting in there alongside Evans but for me it's not just about resting them, there's of course an injury risk every time they step out and that would be a real sucker punch if he picked something up.

....will be taking it quite seriously. They need to get some results and they'll look at this as a decent chance to get a Cup run going.

One of those situations where they're almost forced to approach it that way. Struggling in the league, O'Neil already under pressure (from the fans at least) and anything other than a comfortable pass to the next round against a team in a lower league will really set them off.

Over 19,000 tickets sold for tonight on 14:28 - Sep 26 with 2676 views | Vegtablue | Fair play Wolves! Unless this a priority thing and the A14 proves hard to find later, that is a heck of a lot of enthusiasm. Can't say I share it. 😂 We change the whole XI presumably, even with Morsy banned for Saturday and this being his boyhood club. Hope to see Humphreys getting good minutes.

A cup is a cup but at £20 a ticket I gave it a hard pass. Otherwise would have gone for sure

It's a tricky balance for the Club, do they charge £10 and still get nowhere near filling it on a Tuesday night, or charge £20 and know they'll still get 20k turn up..

I think for a £10, a lot more people would have gone along to see Premiership opposition. £20 is a lot for a 2nd string 11, particularly as their are 2 biggish home games next week.

These days, £20 isn't a big price for a football game. You wouldn't get 3 pints down the Red Lion in Radlett for that.
