Just got home from Watford 22:33 - Dec 12 with 406 views

Not Town's best performance. We recovered well after gifting Watford a goal. This is going to happen occasionally given the way we play out from the back. However, we didn't panic & took control of the game & Hirst's equaliser was deserved. Watford got on top in the last 5 minutes of the first half, but I felt we could take control again in the 2nd half. However, Watford came out far more positive in the 2nd half & I guess they had been told to move the ball more quickly. They were looking slightly the more likely team to score & I would have taken a draw when they had their own moment of madness. Credit to Town thereafter - we kept the ball so well that I can't recall Watford even having a goal attempt thereafter.
Positives:Harness. Showed terrific energy in the first half. He was everywhere.
Hutchinson - always a threat if we can get him the ball in space. Also defends intelligently.
Tuanzebe - so calm on the ball & also defends very well.
Hirst - great at keeping the ball when under pressure. Ladapo isn't half the player he is.
