The 3pm blackout isn't a constant - it happens in windows to allow for 3pm games at Christmas and during the international break.

The last window finished on 20th April, so matches are now fair game.

That must be a new thing. I don't recall even at Christmas any 3.00 Saturday televised games. Other days than Saturdays have always been fine.
