It's not the manifesto of a remotely sensible or serious political party but sadly a proportion of the electorate won't care about that.

When Farage called his big press conference that idiot Tice made some hilarious reference to arriving in a fossil fuelled car.

Reform UK Manifesto on 15:26 - Jun 17 with 4662 views | JammyDodgerrr | I think the fact that one of the journalists asked the question if it was a serious manifesto, says all we need to know. It's honestly wild. It's like they've just dictated everything ever, and said they are going to address with absolutely no plan on how to do so. Although that income tax threshold hike to 20k would be great. This one stands out - excerpt taken from the Guardian liveblog - So how will they fund it? One major part is £50bn in govt waste. Is that feasible? Worth pointing out that the @instituteforgov say the entire salary bill of the civil service is £16bn. Living in a dreamland!

Reform UK Manifesto on 15:41 - Jun 17 with 4558 views | hype313 | We joke about ideas written down on the back of a fag packet, but in this case there is a genuine argument for it. Sprinkling of dog whistling for extra spice, sad thing is we live in a country where a large proportion of the population are lapping it up, but when you have to parties like Labour and Tory akin to two bald blokes fighting over a comb, then that's when the likes of Nigel Mosley look to fill a void. Sad and dangerous times.

eh?? I dint think Immigration has "spiralled' out of control and certainly net migration hasn't. What has happened is some self serving politicians who made their names blaming the EU for the issues in the UK got their way and we left Europe. That hasn't gone exactly as they predicted. So now they keep themselves in the public eye and keep their bank accounts topped up by blaming immigrants for the issues in the UK. And somewhat unbelievably there are a large number of people who having fallen for the EU lie and now falling for the immigrant lie. Its easy to create a following blaming someone else for everything thats wrong, its much harder to actually try to tackle the real issues which the like of Farage wont do as there is no money in it for them

Lower Tax threshold to £20k, Tigher Tax threshold to £70k. VAT Threshold to £120k Abolish IR35 Support small & medium Business Scrap Police commisioners/Zero Tolerance Policing Net Zero Immigration NHS & Social Care staff to pay zero basic rate tax for three years NHS Voucher Scheme Reform House of Lords/PR voting British Bill of Rights Westminster Anti Corruption Unit 50% Public ownership of utily companies, other 50% UK pension funds Quite a comprehensive document, & appears to be properly funded. It's not even remotely properly funded. The Institute for Fiscal Studies thinktank has published its assessment of Reform UK’s tax and spending plans and it says they “don’t add up”. And they are not just relatively unrealistic, it says. It says the costings are out “by a margin of tens of billions of pounds per year”. They are some good ideas, sure, the lower tax threshold increasing and the VAT threshold(most small businesses just work their accounts to stay under the amount anyway) but to call the way they've decided their going to fund it, as guesswork, is probably still too generous.

They don't need to worry though as they know they won't win, it's just empty rhetoric which the masses will lap up. He shouldn't be anywhere near frontline politics, but he is due to the state of the Conservatives an Labour. Any halfwit could've nullified his threat early on, but they're too scared to take him on. Bizarre.

Reform UK Manifesto on 16:17 - Jun 17 with 4279 views | Asa | Do you know what. I know so many people that voted for Brexit, made a big thing about it, then got really angry that they were lied to, it was empty promises, there was no £360m a week and they felt really stupid about being duped. Guess what percentage of them now seem to be suggesting they might vote for the very same party, led by the very same man, who has the very same fictional views on foreigners. I honestly thought they'd have learned from last time, but like those that vote from Trump or Boris they seem to be aware they were conned, but willing to do the same dance all over again. I should be surprised but I'm not remotely. Which is an absolute tragedy.

Really shoddy of them to have not changed anything when they've not been in power. It's like the way I'm to blame for Southgate being too defensive after we went 1-0 up against Italy. I regret now not having attacked them a bit more. I should also have tucked away that easy chance against Croatia to make it 2-0.
