AC/DC at Wembley Stadium Tomorrow Evening. 09:28 - Jul 2 with 1824 views | StochesStotasBlewe | Any other TWTD ers going. Looking forward to seeing them again, last time was the Black Ice tour in 2009/10. Will surely be the last time they will tour I would have thought.
| We have no village green, or a shop.
It's very, very quiet.
I can walk to the pub. |

Guess their sound is more suited to stadiums than some others. Saw Springsteen there a while back and although I love the boss and the e-street, the sound was so poor it was a slightly underwhelming experience. [Post edited 2 Jul 10:28]

AC/DC at Wembley Stadium Tomorrow Evening. on 11:20 - Jul 2 with 1636 views | HairBearBunch | Nooo I can't shatter my memories, especially 1991 Donnington MoR. Absolutely at their peak that day. It'd be like meeting that girl you really fancied after 30 odd years; just not the same.

I kind of get your point, I wouldnāt go and see them when Axl Rose stepped in but a few mates went and enjoyed it immensely. I just couldnāt resist seeing them one more time as theyāve been my favourite band since the late 1970ās. Iāll report back on Thursday with an unbiased review.

AC/DC at Wembley Stadium Tomorrow Evening. on 11:41 - Jul 2 with 1583 views | BlueNomad | Saw them several times in the Bon and very early Johnno days (last time '82 For Those About To Rock tour). I really don't want to erode the memory of them in (relatively) small venues. The acoustics at Wembley are shocking.
AC/DC at Wembley Stadium Tomorrow Evening. on 15:44 - Jul 2 with 1455 views | ElephantintheRoom | Hmmm - geriatric stadium rock is a strange thing at the best of times - but AC/DC? That schoolboy guitar act looks a bit pervy now - and that ridiculous Geordie shrieking as though heās sat on his nuts is surely now a parody of a parody. Donāt ruin the memories would be my advice - but each to their own.

AC/DC at Wembley Stadium Tomorrow Evening. on 21:29 - Jul 2 with 1228 views | Lord_Lucan | Have a good evening. Last time I saw them was at Stratford and Axl Rose was singing in replacement of Brian Johnson. Axl was blooming brilliant.

Why did this post need your advice? Seems like you commented just to crap on other people's enjoyment and enthusiasm. Why do that? What's in it for you?
