We have had superior fitness in the last two divisions and it has served us well. We won't have it in this one because we are now among the elite. We should be able to match what the others have in that regard, though. |  |

Thankfully it's not just been our fitness, it's been our attitude, we just don't know when we're beaten. Southampton wasn't about being fitter, it was about wanting it more. That's an infectious feeling, coming back from the brink. |  | | |
