Anyone else experiencing delays, 17 days ago I made an order & the last email from them pointed to a possible up to 10 days wait, obviously I’m well past that & as it’s a birthday present I don’t want to cancel.

If it was 17 days ago (Saturday 10th August) then you are only on working day 11 now if you exclude the weekends and B/H.

From memory they quote working days, not calendar days

Mine was late too but to be expected at the minute, give them a call

I'm going to assume (so likely wrong) that the OP purchase is featuring some sort of customisation / shirt printing. That's what delayed mine anyway and they are quoting 10 working days for that
