I seem to remember that we are supposed to recieve a physical card for our membership. Has anyone received this? (I could be wrong).

Yes, there is supposed to be a physical card.

As of the 23rd Aug they'd not been sent out yet.

"Membership cards (for non-season ticket holders) have not yet been sent out. In the meantime, you can access benefits and entitlements by logging into your ticketing account."

"Membership cards should be with you within the next few weeks."

No, i didnt get one last season but was still able to use the previous seasons in the shop to get points but they did say we would get one this season but still not had mine
