It probably seems like a bit of a pile on with him at the moment, especially with us lot, and it's not deliberate, but I just find it hard to believe that players are in any way inspired by him and his management.

Even ignoring the results he's getting he just seems to be in a constant state of negativity. Every setback or last minute goal conceded is the end of the world to him, he's frustrated or "gutted" or angry.

He looks like the kind of manager you'd see having a public slanging match with one of his subs in the dugout.

Why would a manager be coming out ages before the players, has he run out of things to say?


Maybe he left early to allow the players to take a good hard look at themselves - like how a third rate teacher tries to act all authoritarian.

Unfortunately, as soon as they leave the room everyone thinks ‘what a c**t’.
