I haven't read this thread but to blame it all on Johnson is a bit harsh.
Admittedly, he played a difficult ball back to Muric but such balls are not uncommon and Muric (whose touch was poor) should have done better.
The other thing to say (and maybe I have got this wrong) is that a lot of the threat from West Ham seemed to come down the other side.
And apart from Delap, it is difficult to think of any Town player who played any better.
On the day, I think we were just outclassed by West Ham after holding our own for the first 30 minutes. [Post edited 6 Oct 2024 13:12]

For the first 7 games, I agree to a large extent
Johnson, Cajuste and to a certain extent Muric and O’Shea don’t look like they’re Prem players, not even Champ standard. I don’t even see how they are an improvement over what we already have in Woolfy, Burgess, Luongo and Hladky/Walton [Post edited 6 Oct 2024 19:00]
