Look at me post 13:37 - Oct 6 with 483 views

Just done the Glasgow Half marathon. 2 hours 15 minutes. 17 minutes slower than last year, 40 minutes slower than my PB, but mitigating circumstances. Even though I booked months ago I haven’t run for over a month. Done no training as I’ve not felt great. Only went as a support for the Mrs who came in 15 minutes quicker than me.

Now feel like sh1t but I’m pretty pleased.
