And it's the same as last time. Doing it in plain sight and no-one can do anything to stop them it appears.
The tactic appears to almost say 'sod the election' and try and win it in the courts which will be a huge test of the US court system given how the courts are filled with Trump favouring justices in key states. And that's before you even get to his hand-picked Supreme Court.
