The exact moment we sealed promotion, a true club anthem could have been born and engraved into our minds for the rest of time, instead there was no music on the PA at all until most of the fans were off the pitch.
I understand why they did it that way, but I feel like there was something missing in that moment… some music.
If you could have chosen any song to play at that exact moment as fans streamed into the pitch, what would you choose and why?
Controversial because of the Chelsea link, but I’d go ‘One step beyond’ to fit the tone and mood of the moment.

The combination of joy and relief was such that I couldn't have told you if there was music playing or not. I'd not even thought about it until now. I don't think I'd have changed much about that afternoon to be honest.

Well quite. I know there was at Wembley in 2000 because it was soooo fking loud. It did nothing to enhance the moment.
Tbh I find it a bit odd that you felt you needed music to complete that moment. Are you the same with goal music? Imo we're much better off without both. Live in the actual moment.
