What is it with the modern supporter that they cannot go 45 minutes without going to the toilet? The rows in front of my seat today were an absolute nightmare. Going in and out all through the match and causing every one else in the row to stand and blocking the views of those who just want to watch - however bad it was.
One bloke and his son went out three times in the second half even when we had a corner right below us! He spent much of the rest of the match face-timing someone on his phone.
Of course they left on 85 minutes, blocking the view again. Another lady directly in front stayed seated, but was constantly refixing her hair and searching through her shopping bag.

Isn't that only a very limited number of tickets at 10am on a Monday? Queuing for hours won't help as you simply log on during the 9.30-10.00am window. Is there a realistic chance of getting 4 together at that point if you are available to buy them? | |

Why is it poor from me? Are you really suggesting that ALL of those who cannot sit still for 45 minutes have health issues. If they do then that is fully understandable, but I sincerely doubt that is the issue causing people to be in and out all match.

It always used to be 42/43 minutes that people disappeared to the bar at half time. Bigger crowds means that people around us disappear from about 38 mins. With 6 mins added on today, that’s THIRTEEN minutes before the end of the half.
I might be saddistic, but I always take extra enjoyment when we score and people miss it because they are at the bar. |  | | |

However, I still manage to sit still for 45/50 minutes. I visit the loos just before I take my seat, sometimes at half-time and always as soon as the match ends.

When I went to a WSL match at the Emirates last season, I was astounded at the amount of people getting up and going in and out multiple times per match.
I go to matches to actually watch and enjoy the full 90 minutes, but it is pretty clear that loads of people go for an overpriced piss up and fast food outing, with about 20 minutes of football per half watched.
Each to their own, but it is a bit irritating to have to get up multiple times per half for pissheads who have broken the seal. [Post edited 19 Oct 2024 21:08]
