Rack of Ribs with BBQ sauce chips, corn on the cob, side of winter slaw

All washed down with a slightly off pint of Adnams from the pub of your choice

I'd have a booking made for me at Ultraviolet by Paul Pairet and enjoy the $1400, 20 course tasting menu (with matched wines).

As it's a one table restaurant, there's a long waiting list.
