Getting back to basics 12:45 - Nov 3 with 821 views | Zx1988 | Good to see, in recent matches, that we're re-implementing the little bits and pieces that were such a feature throughout our success the last two seasons. We've re-introduced Chappers' tactical sit-downs, and I noted yesterday (wasn't at Everton) that the players are back to running off the pitch at half time. It's good to see. Not sure if the two were linked, but I also liked seeing Muric being a little late out after h/t yesterday, and coming out about the same time as Kieran. I wonder if he and KMc had a brief one-to-one once the rest of the squad had come out?

Yeah, it smacked of really good man management. I really felt for Aro after the red card - those final 25mins must have been awful for him. A good game to that point, some fantastic saves, and then knowing that you're likely to face an absolute onslaught for the rest of the game.

He made great saves, should rightly improve his confidence.
