Is there a desperate attempt to see more games go five days in England?

I don't think I've seen the ball do anything since yesterday.

To not be at crease at the start of the days play, and walk off for lunch with a century under your belt is remarkable.

Trailing vapour since 1999.

comparing our bowlers to the Australians is a sorry read, might struggle in the next Ashes.

The Australian pace attack is ageing - Cummins is the youngest at 32, Starc & Hazlewood are both 34. Scott Boland is 36.
If we take the right bowlers out there e.g. not Woakes or bowlers of his type & the quicker bowlers can stay fit, we've got a decent chance of being competitive as Australian pitches should suit our batting line up.

We crumbled under pressure under previous regimes, it’s not unique to Bazball.

Fair play to Brook and Smith they have batted very well this morning, but it certainly does happen under BM. Look at some of our losses since he’s taken over. Pleased to see us fighting back, I was expecting us to be following on already.

I seem to remember a post on the forum during the last test that we should still have Foakes keeping. I can’t say I agree
