A thought whilst in Planet Blue this morning...

Assuming the club looks elsewhere at the end of the season, when the Umbro/Castore deal expires. I assume that will mean the end of the Umbro retro range as well?

I thought that when there was a sale a few weeks back but they are full price again. I picked up the '92 Div 2 winners shirt and the red/black "Wark" 3rd kit for £35 each. All the Umbro stuff was on sale but not the rest.

What baffles me is the fact that the COPA stuff is more expensive than the Umbro ones.

I'm not paying £55 for a yellow t-shirt with a Town badge stuck to it.

Another thought is that because clubs change kits so frequently these days, with three new ones a season, modern kits are less likely to be remembered or to become retro in future.
