Fifteen years ago, Liam Manning was manager of Melton St, Audry's FC!

He’s a Man Utd fan from Norwich. Very much not one of us.

Still, disrespectful to Liam and Fran, who gave a lot of years to ITFC, to call him a clown. Do better, mate.

Edit: meant to reply to the OP, not you, Illinois.

I worked with Fran at the club for a number of years. It's hard for me to hear disrespect to her husband. They are a lovely couple of human beings. Just remember that, OP, before abusing people on the internet.

Also worth bearing in mind that they've just passed the anniversary of thier son's death. Not a great time for the family.

I'm sure you'd feel the same if some stranger disrespected a couple who you knew. Humanity is key.

Definitely not one of us. Obviously the OP was needless though.

Truly impaired.

It's Bungay isn't it, he was probably born in Norwich Hospital?

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Two reasons this doesn't work for me. One, Liam is a good guy doing God's work; he has my unwavering support. Two, we're the town (sic.) and that travelling circus has already visited, for the last time in a good while if things go to plan both ends.

I called him a clown because he’s the Norwich city manager and there 23rd in the league. You could change that line to Ben Knapper and it still works.

I’m struggling to see what’s wrong with that 🤣

He may of worked at Ipswich previously and be a good man but as far as I’m concerned as an IPSWICH fan, he’s the Norwich manager now (No longer at Ipswich) and I hope he loses every game as I would every Norwich manager. It’s not personal towards him and if it were any other manager in charge, I would say the say thing!

Don’t really see why the anniversary of his sons passing which is an awful situation has anything to do with this as I don’t even mention that or insinuate anything towards it? If I had mentioned or insinuated anything towards that, I’d deserve every bit of criticism!

Well, if you can't understand what is wrong with your post, then I don't have anything to respond with.

You accept he is a good man but still double down on your suggestion that he is a clown. Just do better, mate. Really.

Edit: as an ITFC fan, I'm always happy when we are doing better than Norwich, but would never single out individuals for direct abuse because it is never only one person's fault. The same as I don't do the same for my own club. Maybe I am being oversensitive, but I will die on that hill for people who are decent and lovely.

Edit: DM'ed you. Don't want to create drama on a thread about this. Peace out.
