I reckon he will probably rotate with Philogene for the time being.
| jack clarke has one goal every 99 mins on 15:35 - Nov 3 with 848 views | MrPorterloo | He has played well in recent games but just to be clear, this is 5 goals which are: 2 penalties (expected) one through the Sheffield united keepers legs in a 1:1 which if we are honest would have been a much safer and better finish either side of the keeper 2 open goals. I know he has to have good positioning etc. and none of those goals are a given but all 5 of them would have been very bad to miss. [Post edited 3 Nov 2025 15:36]

excellent positioning and being ice cold when a chance (whether from 2 yards or 12) presents itself is a surprisingly rare combination at this level (even hirst should arguably be in double figures by now if he had the same form)

Id like to ask an open question to all regarding Philogene, esp as i missed most of the game saturday As he's not been scoring recently, do you feel we get much from him otherwise? If the answer is yes, then no reason to drop him, if no then maybe there is a case

yes, he's often closely marked which makes space for others. take a look at who won both of nunez's free kicks

| They'd all laugh at me if they knew what I was trying to do. To create a new strain of super-wine in half-an-hour with a fraction of nature's resources and a FOOL for an assistant. 'Bernard Black, he's mad,' they'd say, 'he's insane, he's dangerous.' Well I'll show them! I'll show them all! | | Poll: | Who should start in CM with Cajuste? |

Hes more effective at home than away. JC is also more effective off the bench than him imho
