It isn't a " team", its an Ipswich 11 every game. A different 11 every game. Little wonder there's poor understanding, poor continuity, poor connections through out the side.

No leadership on the pitch. Not to hark back to the promotion side but we had a team of leaders, now we’ve got Davis letting the ball run out for a Blackburn throw in and not a single player shouting to him to keep it in.

Too many of this group don’t appear to care enough.

I’m in the same situation. I’ve been quick to dismiss it but I’d have him back now.
