McKenna looks fed up 21:28 - Dec 2 with 1053 viewsbob12

How angry is McKenna with the recruitment? He looks like an unhappy fed up man atm. Is this really the team he wanted??

Ashton ended up the villain at Bristol City for wheeling and dealing all the best players, has it happened here but no one is seeing it yet…

Ridiculous comment.

He is integral to recruitment. Why make stuff up?

5 million a year to keep sending out a different team every week, sorry but no player is going to build any sort of confidence from being in and out the side every other game.

This is shambolic

I bet the 2000town fans there with a long drive home aren’t too thrilled either.

He is the central person regarding recruitment. He undoubtedly has the final say so ..

These performances are on McKenna. These are very definitely good players. He needs to decide on his core team. At least 8 players should be playing every game when they are fit.
Has the exact same 11 started more than one game this season?

Apart from the fact that this tinkering means understanding between players can't develop, it's also not motivating. If you play shite, you'll play every other game, if you play amazingly well you'll play very other game. They're not battling for positions. McKenna has an embarrassment of riches and he doesn't know what to do with them.

He looks fed up, for the same reason I’m sure many Town fans are, he’s watching the same game, the standard is largely horrendous, at times borderline comedic.

In regards to recruitment, he’s very much a key piece, I don’t think a player is signed off without his approval.

Ashton just negotiates the money, not that that’s something to be particularly proud of over the past 18 months.
