Incredibly unjust is an exaggeration. It was a very even game and they gave it away by sitting on the 1-0 lead without being good enough to see the game out. Overall the big moments didn't go for them (e.g. possible red card) but the referee and match were poor quality throughout. That played into Blackburn's hands but wasn't quite enough for them. |  |

It was right to replay the game. Blackburn? Should have invested more than the cost of a packet of Poundland seed. As far as I’m concerned, they’re lucky the game wasn’t awarded to us.
The result alone actually justifies replaying the game. It lasts the allotted time and how B’burn can justify an 80 min game because they were winning was ludicrous.
However enough of Blackburn and that absolute shthole they play and live in. We are not good enough. No teeth, no punch, easy to play against, poor. Having the better players never means you have the best team and we don’t. We are lucky to have scraped five points from the past four games.
What bothers me is the continual swapping of players but even if we played our best team, whatever that might be, it’s still a mid table or 6-10th team at best.
I fear for the next two games. We will be playing good teams who score goals. We don’t. But football is strange. You just don’t know.
Maybe we just have to hold our nerve and show patience.
I’ll think about it and leave the board to the overjoyed and no doubt damp with excitement bedsheet boys. Ttfn. |  | | |
