| It wasn’t terrible, but goodness it needs to be better - Cajuste response on 18:45 - Dec 6 with 2104 views | unstableblue | Cajuste did two fantastic dribbles into the box second half… when town were playing some of our best stuff…. And following those beautiful moments of skill…. Silence from the lower North… terrible [Post edited 6 Dec 18:45]

Shame because the slower songs are always going to be the loudest with the potential to go around the stadium. Love the enthusiasm of the drum but its affect on the North stand singing has an impact. Not sure what the answer is.

| North Stand. on 20:21 - Dec 6 with 1446 views | BlueForYou | The original post is total windup! I sat in the posh seats in the West stand today, on the halfway line. All I heard was a constant noise from the North stand lower getting behind the team from minute one to minute ninety five. Well done that area! Coventry fans were quite loud in the first 20 mins but faded away. Why don't the South/Churchmans make more noise is the question. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Half the North Stand just can’t keep in time. Anything with clapping gets faster and faster, totally ruining the efforts of those that can. Hardly a surprise people give up.

When did the South/Churchmans last make some noise? Probably the 80s!

I can’t comment on the North Stand, as I’m far too far away and the acoustics stop much carrying to opposite sides, but I can assure you the SARU around me were giving it a good go after a slow start. We’re in block 3, right next to the away supporters and we were giving them a run for their money. The frequent rendition of “Top of the league, you’re ‘aving a larf” nicely winding them up. Could have been better in the first 20 minutes, but it picked up nicely, and for the first game in ages, we didn’t seem to have many negative numpties close enough to us to pull the atmosphere down.

Games like today accentuate it. Get Blue Action behind the goal and let's make some fekkin noise.

Can be really good when the momentum is with us, but fail to do anything to lift the team when we are struggling.

| North Stand. on 08:08 - Dec 7 with 332 views | MattinLondon | Fully agree - get Blue Action in the middle of the North Stand Lower and pension off the oldies to the SAR. | | | |
| North Stand. on 08:11 - Dec 7 with 306 views | cressi | I'm sure the oldies myself included would love to give those youngsters my seat after the 20yrs of rubbish at times we endured and still kept going.. For the good times to come back and say here you go here's my ticket. | | | |
| North Stand. on 08:15 - Dec 7 with 293 views | lazyblue | You’re correct, what’s going on. North Stand is nothing like it was as used to be as it was wall of noise at times but now nothing. | | | |
| North Stand. on 08:17 - Dec 7 with 285 views | lazyblue |
Nothing to do with acoustics it’s to do with making an effort.

Sit in next block at SAR upper is far better place to sit instead of North lower.
