For me he's absolutely nailed his position in the team, classic example of taking your chance when it comes.
He must feel a level of vindication when Hladky deservedly did the same to him two years ago after making the position his.
We are still struggling moving the ball out from the back though for what we are trying to achieve. Also he's made some good saves and also some pretty fundamental mistakes since he's been back in which have directly cost us goals.
With that his performances don't leave me adverse to an upgrade which I think would be within our budget and available.

QPR’s equaliser and Oxford’s first goal came from shots he parried back into play. The former didn’t matter, the latter did.
That being said, I wish him well. But for injury, he’d have very likely started 23/24 as our first choice and no-one would have batted an eyelid. Misfortune left him on the sidelines for a long time, so I’m pleased to see him getting a run and making memories again.
