| McBurnie on 09:48 - May 24 by GlasgowBlue | “GB and [his] gang”? Give over Stokie. You had about 12 downvotes and several comments about your self righteous attitude on this thread before I even read it. I simply replied to another poster about how two normal and tolerant people discussed the McBurnie situation in a pub lat night. You may, once again, want to spend your weekend arguing the toss on a football message board. Personally I have more productive things to do on such a lovely day. So I’ll leave it there. No doubt this will be another disappearing thread by the time I next check in. |
Why would it disappear? See this is the narrative you and the others push, that I somehow have some control when in reality it's just horrible posting that gets threads deleted and gets people banned. In reality you try and control the narrative and subjects on here far more than any other poster. You're absolutely right on one thing though, it's a beautiful day and everyone should enjoy it. | McBurnie on 07:39 - May 24 by GlasgowBlue | I was out with friends and family last night. Sone of us were discussing Hull’s result and I asked my mate if there were off field issues with McBurnie which may have led to his omission from the Scotland’s World Cup squad? Oddly enough he didn’t belittle me in a condescending manner shouting “I mean, if you really cared about it you could look up his post misdemeanours on Wiki, it would literally take a minute”. Then again, my mate isn’t a pompous prig. |
He was just having dinner with one.

He’s obviously had a few issues and made some mistakes, but seems to have learnt. Good luck to him. A lot of the fans over here loved the bloke for how he’d join the away end and for when he helped out when that young fan passed away.

Really top bloke interview that was after the game yesterday, very humble and down to earth and was sat there thinking he would have been a brilliant addition for us in January to compete with Hirst, admitted he's matured a lot and the way he spoke certainly suggests that too.
