Why should TNT hold this power? UEFA are letting fans down again by giving TNT a contract which allows them to charge for the final. The government should add it to the list of games which must be shown for free, along with the World Cup, England matches and FA Cup final.

Think they had the chance to add it to the list,but didn’t. I’m with BT(EE), so get HBO. Watched the Villa game the other night. Will watch Palace and the champions league final as it’s in my deal. It’s great Starmer is doing that, but what a shambles football is in. No wonder kids aren’t into it when they don’t have the access to it as they grow up. We’ve seen it with so many sports like boxing etc once it goes off mainstream it’s hard to grow it in the next generation.
Part of the conditions for the rights to all major competitions should be having to air the final for free. |  |
