At Manchester airport have been let off.

If ever anyone needs proof of a two tier justice system in the uk this is it.

I am off a holiday soon. At the airport I am going to head butt another passenger wait for the police to arrive assault them by throwing 11 punches especially at the women police officer.

My gut feeling is I will be in court within a week and sentenced to at least 3 years in prison fairly quickly.

Why is it?

Because absolutely noone has said that you are wrong to think the people in question should serve some time.

We have seen 3 pages now setting out why the initial post which you agreed with, was factually incorrect and probably deliberately misleading, and asking whether you are going to acknowledge that.

Instead you pretend that people think its wrong for the perpetrators to serve some time and argue with that.

Why am I wrong are the pair who attacked the police at Manchester airport serving time? A quick look at Google says not,it will cost £1million to have a third trial they won’t have the third trial and they will walk free. Still we will find out on May 29th. [Post edited 24 May 17:28]

Multiple people have pointed out how ridiculous the accusation of this trial being proof of "two-tier-starmer" because it was a trial by jury.

So: Do you acknowledge it was a jury that was unable to come to a decision? Do you acknowledge the CPS charged the two men (hence there being an actual trial)? & Do you acknowledge the outcome of that trial has nothing to do with Starmer?

The whole purpose of the multiple types of people walk into a bar style gag, is to contrast the actions of one of the people for comedic effect, and that contrast is usual based on some form characteristic of the third person. The whole point plays on stereotypes or unexpected twists to create humour.

I’m going back years though, maybe 15-20. My point was that everyone continually chasing him and asking him questions he can’t answer just constantly ruins threads. Sure, he has disgusting views. We all know that and nothing’s going to change them so it seems a waste of effort trying. But each to their own, they’re just my thoughts.

The OP is worse in this case imo - that’s just posting disinformation to stir up racial hatred. Pretty vile stuff.

I recall he was banned then he came back a few years later. I don't recall a single person who ever posted "bring back benters".

Some people have said bring back Fishers or Blueas and others have said bring back footers or Sprucey. I honestly don't recall a "Bring back Benters" campaign.

I think you should either name names or stop your usual stirring.

The thing with challenging folks like Benters is that whilst one hopes that one day, he asks himself some tricky questions, its more about normalising the challening of such views and behaviour, and setting out the arguments and information properly so others reading are less likely to follow the same rabbit holes.

Something to be said for that view but the gang that lobbied for his return have also pushed hard and successfully for far less disgusting posters to be banned.

It's not wrong in my opinion to point that out. To be honest I've had enough of that element piling on and pushing rubbish and I'll be pushing back harder in future.
