That’s not strictly true about the ratio unless you have Familial Hypercholesterolaemia, else it’s more 70% lifestyle and 30% genetics. |  | | |

Dunno what age you are Keno but if you’re over 55 it’s worth asking for a PSA blood test. Not a fail safe test for prostate cancer but can be a good indicator. Not as much fun as a digital exam but hey ho. |  |
