I would guess that if KM was on his way to Fulham it would have been happened by now. When managers are ‘poached’ it tends to be wrapped up quite quickly. No big ‘interview process’, the guy (or his agent) is tapped up, he makes up his mind he wants to go and clubs agree any compo!
