Not sure at this point it makes much difference to his career to make such a move. Reasonable success with either (us - 17th, Fulham - continue mid table security zzz) would mean the potential of something bigger. Failure here, I still think he’d have a job although it might come to a natural end at that point and if so would still get an equivalent top championship job. Failure at Fulham and he’d be on the sacked manager merry go round with no prospect of anything higher than top championship. So why bother, particularly if you’re settled on the personal front? |  | | |

His family wont impact whether he takes another job or not. It will just be an additional decision as to whether to have them based in Suffolk, or take them with him.
(Lets face it, wherever they move to, they live in a world of millionaire mansions and private schools, they wont be moving to anywhere sh1te).
