Has anyone else had the problem that there season ticket hasn't changed for the Liverpool match? I've tried restarting my phone etc but still says Sunderland? My boys ticket that is on my phone has changed already |  | | |  |

Mine says Liverpool but the NFC logo at the top has been replaced by a Town badge. Will it still work? |  | | |

I think this is where I went wrong at Man Utd.
I noticed last week that the NFC logo disappeared from my season ticket and there wasn't one on my Man Utd ticket either but I found I could get it back if I clicked on the circular arrow at the top right hand.
But using that meant I couldn't get into the Old Trafford and I had to go to the ticket office who couldn't get it to work either and so gave me a paper ticket.
I have come to the conclusion that what matters on the season ticket is the words "Hold to reader" which has the NFC mark and am assuming it will work on Friday.
But your post has prompted me to give the ticket office a call tomorrow to confirm.
And having said all this, Man Utd recommend using Android 12 (mine is Android 11) whereas I think the club's FAQ say earlier versions are OK.
I hope this isn't going to cause a problem for away tickets for certain grounds for older phones that work at Ipswich. [Post edited 2 Sep 17:55]

And I ended up getting into Old Trafford about 10 minutes after the game started because there were quite a few with problems with their phone ticket, including an Ipswich fan. [Post edited 2 Sep 18:19]

Yes I had same issue here is what you do
go to the ticket
click on the three little dots - pass details
if it states auto update - off , then turn it on
if it states auto update - on , then turn it off ,
the turn it on again
pull down to refresh
go back to ticket
