I was not impressed.
I wanted to show my anger but I was well aware that it's not the lad who had the job of calling's fault.
Instead I stopped him halfway through and said 'I already spend over £1000 a year on Town and I'm not prepared to spend anymore money at the moment until our owner shows he actually cares'.
The lad apologised for calling (again it's not his fault) and wished me a good day. | |

The club could sell this so much better. I think the academy doesn't count in regards to FFP so the fans can directly fund it. At the moment Evans makes up the shortfall so if the club said every penny would go on transfers it would be much better received. Evans could use the fans' money to pay for the academy and his own which would have paid for it could go towards transfers.
I know we're talking peanuts but every little helps etc. Obviously his own money on transfers would count for FFP reasons but I think we have some leeway in that anyway at the moment?
I can't see the point in his for most fans. Evans isn't putting much into the club so I think feck him when they want money for something like this. We have no claim on his money obviously but he decided to buy the club. It's his problem. |  |
