In fairness to them they were sold a pup, we did up the Ship Launch pub down there back in 2005/6 time when the flats were being built and Anglo Norden were moving out at the end of next year, and I think the flats were sold with that info.
Because it didn't happen for whatever reason the pub never took off (think it is a Chinese now) and the flats still have a view they weren't expecting. |  |

Foxhall Stadium has been open for at least twice as long as the majority of those houses have been there. | |
