Really good that, very interesting - thanks for doing and posting.

I hope we go back to trying to play the ball out from the back a bit more, neither Bart nor Gerks were great at it and think that will be part of reason why Lambert doesn't seem to fancy either of them.

We didn't have any tactics in the first half of the season.

Good work, it's really interesting. A few things that stand out to me:

- The numbers back up the initial impression of many that Hurst completely underestimated the Championship, and from that all things stem;
- A reminder of how much better our play was initially under Lambert but also that that has to count for more than a few draws;
- The limitations of too many of our players to play possession based football (as much a a limitation of Hurst's signings as Mick's);
- The comparison of hold up play between Keane & Quaner and Harrison & Jackson is particularly stark (Although I think EH's numbers would improve playing in a Lambert team than isolated in a Hurst one).
