And now continued by Brexit.

Our neigbours in Northern and Western Europe are well above that line or at least climbing in the case of countries like Iceland that were hit particularly hard by the crash.

We're just not investing and re-investing enough in production. Either that or us and Spain are having too many siestas and it's all getting a bit too "maÃ±ana".
