They obviously missed the league 1 'no funds available is the excuse for everything and it's nothing to do with the coaching' playing style memo. | | | |

Yeah I’ve never been a bigger believer in the ‘no funds’ philosophy.
Ok, you may make more mistakes with lesser quality players, but to demand your philosophy onto a team - pass, move, one touch, two touch - cost zero.
I found it interesting that Martin Keown was saying you can clearly see Oxford are ‘programmed to passing’ - thought that was a really interesting comment.
